Order Processing

Once your order is placed, our team picks, checks, and packs each item carefully. All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays). You will receive an email confirmation the moment your package is handed over to the carrier.

Where We Ship

We currently ship to addresses within the United States (all 50 states, including Alaska and Hawaii) and Canada.

Carriers We Use

To provide reliable delivery, we work with major national carriers:

  • United States: USPS, UPS, or FedEx
  • Canada: USPS with final delivery by Canada Post, or UPS Standard

Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on every order. There is no minimum purchase required, and we do not charge handling fees.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once your order has been processed, these are the typical transit times:

  • United States: 3–5 business days
  • Canada: 5–7 business days

Please note that business days do not include weekends or public holidays. While we do everything we can to meet these estimates, delays caused by severe weather, carrier volume, or customs processing are beyond our control. Tracking Your Package

A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order ships. You can use this number on the carrier’s website to follow your package’s journey. If you need help, simply reply to your shipping confirmation email.

Canadian Customs, Duties, and Taxes

For orders delivered to Canada, the recipient is responsible for any import duties, customs fees, or taxes imposed by the Canada Border Services Agency. Alloy Yoga Shop is unable to calculate or collect these charges in advance, and we are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
