Return Window

You have 30 calendar days from the date your package was delivered to initiate a return. To get started, email us at info@alloyyogashop.it.com with your order number.

Condition Requirements

Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags still attached. Please fold the product neatly and place it back in its original box or protective wrapping. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, our support team will guide you.

What About Damaged or Defective Items?

If an item arrives with a manufacturing defect or was damaged during shipment, the standard return condition does not apply. Please contact us immediately—even after the 30-day window—and we will arrange a priority replacement or full refund, including all shipping costs.

How to Return an Item

  1. Send an email to info@alloyyogashop.it.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
  • Our team will respond with a Return Authorization (RA) number and a prepaid return shipping label (PDF format).
  • Print the label, secure the item inside its original packaging or a sturdy alternative, and affix the label to the outside. Drop the package off at the carrier location shown on the label.

Return Shipping Cost and Fees

Return shipping is completely free for all orders within our delivery areas. We do not charge any restocking fees or hidden costs.

Refund Processing Time

When your returned package arrives at our facility, we inspect the contents within 1 to 2 business days. Once approved, your refund is immediately submitted to your original payment method. Please allow an additional 7 to 10 business days for the credit to appear on your bank or card statement, as this depends on your financial institution’s processing time.
